Swiss Egg Casserole

16 oz Turkey Sausage 93% lean (from ground turkey) (by VINCE001) 16 oz Swiss Cheese 1 cup Half and Half Cream 8 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 1 dash Pepper, black 12 large Egg, fresh, whole, rawNote - can try using 6 egg whites and 6 whole eggs to cut calories and fat. Also, skim milk instead of half and half (?).
Spray 9x13 cake pan with cooking spray. Brown sausage and spread in bottom of pan. Spread grated swiss cheese over sausage. Whisk together half and half (or light cream), mustard and pepper. Pour half of cream mixture over sausage and cheese. Beat or whisk eggs until frothy, then pour over sausage/cheese/cream. Pour remaining cream mixture over eggs. Bake in 325 to 350 degree oven for 30-40 min. (until casserole has puffed up and started to brown).
Serving Size: makes 12 cake size squares or cut smaller as desired
