Easy Keto Mousse

Ingredients
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream 2 oz Cream Cheese 1 box Sugar Free Jello (or Pudding)
Directions
Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, not hot or scorching. Add about half of the whipping cream and beat with electric mixer until cream cheese is well mixed in with no lumps. Add jello or pudding packet and the rest of the heavy cream, beat on medium speed until it's as fluffy and mousse-like as you want. Serve immediately (with fresh berries if desired). Some people like to put it into a pan and freeze it for a Keto Ice Cream, but it comes out very hard and not creamy. It rocks as a mousse!
