Crock Pot Pork Roast with White wine

Ingredients
2.75 lb Pork roast4 red skin potatoes4 Carrots2 cups Cabbage1 cup White wine2 cups chicken broth
Directions
Cut garlic and insert into pork. Add pork, wine and broth to crock pot. Cook 2 hours on low. Add carrots, potatoes and cabbage cook 6 more hours.
