1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb Ground Pork
16 oz Ground beef, lean
1 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry
4 tbsp Barbeque sauce, Sweet Baby Ray's Original
2 oz Cheddar Cheese
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Mix all ingredients. Shape into muffin tins. Cube cheese and poke cubes into middle of meatloaf. Ensure meat is fully covering cheese so it doesn't leak out. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
