Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Fries - low carb

2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 tsp Garlic powder0.5 tsp Pepper, black1.5 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese17.0 oz Zucchini, 5" long, ends cut off, skin on, approx 4 ea.
Preheat oven to 425°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease paper.
Cut zucchini in half lengthwise 4 times, making 8 long sticks. Then cut sticks across once, making 16 sticks from each zucchini. Approx. 4" long x 1/2" thick.
Prepare two bowls. One with eggs, slightly beaten. The other with parmesan, garlic powder and pepper, mixed. Dip each stick in egg, then parmesan, coating all sides. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping zucchini hallway through so all sides get nicely browned & crispy.
