Ingredients
Activia fat free vanilla yogurt 1 and 1/2 cups Kretschmer Wheat Germ, 1/4 cupBanana, fresh, 1 medium Strawberries, frozen 1 cupHoney, 1 tbsp Lactaid Brand Fat free milk 1/4 cup
Directions
The most difficult thing about making this smoothie is cleaning up the smoothie machine later. Just toss everything in the machine and blend. We used frozen strawberries to eliminate ice.
