(1/2 cup) 0.50 cup Honey 0.25 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (1/4 cup) 8 serving Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp) (4 cups by volume) 32 oz Raw Peanuts in Shell - 1oz - (shell not eaten) (by JAZZIE28)
Shell peanuts, roast in the oven for 10 min on 350 till shiny and oily. Put in Food processor. Process on high for a minute. Add salt, add oil by drizzling. Continue to process on high approx 4 min. Refrigerate after making. Will last 2 weeks in fridge if you can keep out of it. It don't taste great when you make it but wait 24 hours. It is THE BOMB!!!
