Baked Tilapia Fillets

Ingredients
8 oz. tilapia 1.5 TBSP light margarineSeasonings to taste: salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes
Directions
Melt margarine; add seasonings and stir
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil
Brush a coating of the mix onto the foil in the area where you will place the fish
Put fish on foil
Brush fish with remaining mix
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes
Serves 2

    Great and easy fish recipe. I love fish but I am in college so this is nice and quick. I didn't have garlic powder so I instead sprinkled chili powder on it. It was delicious!! - 9/9/11
