Chocolate Wacky Cake

1 1/2 Cups All-purpose Flour1 Cup Spenda-type no calorie sweetener1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp White Vinegar1/3. Up Olive Oil1 Cup Cold Water
1. Combine the flour, Splenda, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
2. Mix the dry ingredients together with a whisk.
3. Create 3 “wells” or “depressions” in the dry mixture.
4. Add the Vanilla, Oil and Vinegar in each of the “wells” (1 wet ingredient per well).
5. Pour the cold water over the mixture.
6. Mix well with an electric hand mixer.
7. Pour batter into a greased 8x8 square pan.
8. Bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 30-35 minutes, until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
