Simple Naan

Ingredients
2.5 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast (by GRTMOMX3) 1 tsp Salt 3 cup Flour, white 1.5 cups warm water
Directions
Mix water, sugar and yeast, let sit for 5 min. Add remaining ingredients and knead until smooth.
Let rise for 1 hour.
Divide into 8 pieces. Roll each out and cook on a hot grill until cooked through, about 2 min. per side.
