Broccoli Cranberry Spring Salad

6 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 1 cup (not packed) Raisins 1 serving Dates (Sun Date California Pitted; 5-6 dates) 8 tbsp Hellmans Low Fat Mayo 2 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon .5 cup Honey 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
Cook bacon slices
Cut broccoli into florets
Dice one onion into bowl with broccoli
Add raisins and craisins to broccoli and onion bowl
IN separate bowl, mix mayo, bacon grease from bacon, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper, honey. Mix well
Pour mixture over broccoli, onions and fruit. Stir well.
Add bacon crumbles on top.
Enjoy!
