Ingredients
100 gram(s) Lamb Tenderloin 1 serving Oil Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil 1 tbsp 1 serving Lemon juice - of half lemon, 1 Tablspoon (Atkins) salt and pepperpaprikagarliccuminitalian herbs0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Make marinade with oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs and spices. Marinate lamb and onion pieces in mixture for at least 4 hours. Thread pieces of lamb and onion onto 2 wooden skewers. BBQ, grill or fry in non-stick pan until lamb is pink inside. Do not overcook. Serve with tzatziki and pita bread.
