Ingredients
2.5 cup frozen cauliflower rice1.0 cup Peas and carrots, frozen2.0 tbsp Sesame Oil0.25 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce0.25 tsp Ginger Root1.0 clove Garlic1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Heat oil add onion cook for 1min add peas and carrots cook for 2mins add rice cook for 3mins add soy sauce cook for 1 min. Push to the side add scrambled egg. Cook egg til done. Mix together add rest of soy sauce. Stir and serve.
