Ingredients
1 package Bacon, Apple Smoked, Uncured2-3 lbs Beef chuck, arm pot roast 2 large Onions, raw 2 cup, shredded Cabbage, savoy, fresh 3 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g)3 tsp Celtic Sea Salt 1 tsp Thyme, fresh 2 cup Bone Broth, Beef
Directions
To your slow cooker add in the following order:
bacon slices to line the bottom
onion slices and garlic
the chuck roast
the cabbage slices
the thyme
the broth
add few pinches of sea salt and a liberal amount of freshly ground black pepper
Cook on low for 7 hours.
