1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen 1 package (10 oz) Cauliflower, frozen2 cups sliced Mushrooms8 slices thick baconSeasoning to Taste
1. Pre-heat the oven to 450°F.
2. Lay vegetables of choice down on a large roasting pan or baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
4. Cut each slice of bacon into small 1” strips and lay on top of the vegetables.
5. Roast for about 30 minutes, or until done, flipping once halfway through. Enjoy!
