Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Lean Hamburger1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream1 1/2 Cup Corn flakes, crushed 1 Tablespoon minced onion1/2 teaspoon Salt1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Directions
Makes 8 Patties

In a large bowl, gently mix all ingredients; shape into 8 patties. Grill or broil until meat is no longer pink. Serve on Buns
