No Crust Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 Can Solid Pack Pumpkin1/2 Cup Evaporated Skim Milk1 Egg1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice1/2 tsp.Cinnamon4-5 Pks. Splenda2 Tbsp. Raisins3/4 Oz. Grape Nuts Cereal Nuggets1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 deg.
Chill Milk and Whip with an electric beater until fluffy.
Add Egg and beat in.
Add remaining ingredients and fold together.
Spray 8 ar 9 in. Pie Pan with Pam.
Pour in mixture.
Bake for 40-45 min. Until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Top with Low Fat Margering or Cool Whip if desired.
1/4 Pie = 160 Calories!! (Plus Topping Choice)
