Ingredients
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Milk, nonfat0.5 tsp Salt1.0 tbsp Cider Vinegar1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 cup (1 serving) Post Bran Flakes Cereal12.0 Grams Applesauce, unsweetened0.5 cup (not packed) Raisins1.0 tsp Baking Soda0.25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar0.25 cup Granulated Sugar0.5 cup Flour, white0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour0.25 serving greek god nonfat plain yogurt
Directions
1). Add vinegar to milk and let sit at least 5 minutes. 2). Add applesauce, yogurt, vanilla, and sightly beaten egg. 3). Mix dry ingredients together. Combine with wet ingredients until just moistened. 4). Incorporate raisins. 5). Bake @ 400° for 18 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
