Hamburger on Flatbread

Ingredients
3 oz Ground beef, lean 0.12 tsp Morton Iodized Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 serving Onion, Fresh (1 slice 1/4 in thick, 1.3 oz) 0.5 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 1 serving cobblestone flatbread rounds 100% whole wheat
Directions
Form ground beef into patty, sprinkle salt/pepper on both sides, place in pan with a little water to fry (no oil). Place on flatbread roll, with ketchup and onion.
