Tofu Cheesecake

Ingredients
1/2 cup Tofu, firm1/2 cup Cream Cheese1/4cup Lemon Juice 1/4 cup Honey2 cup, sliced fresh fruit of your choice9 drops stevia1 graham cracker pie crust, (9" dia)
Directions
Mix tofu, cream cheese, lemon juice, honey and stevia until smooth. Poor in graham cracker crust and refrigorate until it becomes firm. Spread the fresh fruit on top, cut and serve.

    Thank you so much for the comment. I will try making it that way. I do like a thick filling so I may cut back on the lemon juice too but with that much leomn it would taste more lemony and that would be awesome too.
