Good but not great. It was easy to make with ingredients I already had on hand. The only substitution I made was using black beans instead of white. I chose whole wheat pasta. Didn't have a whole lot of flavor which means my kids like it. :) Good, easy and vegetarian. - 11/11/09

Sounds like an interesting combination for those of us who love beans. I'm guessing 1 lb. of pasta and that beans would be added a bit earlier to warm up (after being rinsed) for those who want a heated dish.

sounds....kind of interesting, i'm 14 and for me, this doesn't sound THAT good, but i guess for other people it might sound DELICIOUS!! But, i don't think i'd recommend making it for your kids....sorry! - 6/30/08
