Curried Egg Salad

Ingredients
4 large Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped2 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard 1/4 cup Hellmann's Olive Oil Mayo 1 tbsp chopped Onion 1 large Celery stalk, small dice2 tbsp Dill Relish1 1/2 tsp Curry powder 1/4 tsp Paprika
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Leave the bowl in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Serve a scoop on a salad, with crackers, or on a sandwich.
