Stuffed zuchinni boat

Ingredients
2 serving zuchinni 1 medium raw 8 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 tsp Sage, ground 1 tsp Oregano, ground .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 0.5 cup *Kroger Mozzarella Fat Free Shredded Cheese
Directions
preheat oven to 400 degrees.
spray skillet with non stick spray

Add onion,bell pepper to pan and cook for 4 minutes. Add in minced garlic cloves. Remove vegetables to dish.

Add turkey, sage, oregano to pan and cook until brown, Drain off any fat. Add vegetables back to skillet and stir to mix well.

Cut zuchinni in half and scoop out seeds. Fill zuchinni halves with turkey mixture. Place zuchinni on baking sheet and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Add mozzarella cheese and cook until melted.
