Root Cause Breakfast Spaghetti

Ingredients
5 servings w/ large squash (2 cups squash each)1 large spaghetti squash (spaghetti, acorn, butternut)30 oz cooked diced chicken, beef or pork4 tbsp coconut oil4 tbsp fresh basilsea salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cook meat & shred or dice. Cook whole spaghetti squash 375 degrees for 1.5 hours. Cut in half, scoop out seeds and shred. Top with meat, oil, basil, salt and pepper.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings (6 oz meat, 2 cups spaghetti squash)
