3 cups oatmeal1 cup brown sugar2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt2 tsp. cinnamon2 eggs1/3 cup butter, melted1-1/4 cup 2% milk2 tsp. vanilla2/3 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9"x13" baking pan with non-stick spray. In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Add butter, eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Stir in raisins. Spread evenly into pan and bake for 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
