12 tbsp Blue Bonnet Butter (by REF385) 16 tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Frigo Shredded Parmesan Cheese 1 19 oz. bag of Great Value Cheese Tortellini 6 tbsp Hormel Real Bacon Bits
First, start a pan of water to boil. Cook tortellini according to package directions. While waiting for the water to boil, start on the cream sauce. In a small saucepan combine butter and heavy cream over medium heat. When the cream and butter begin to bubble slightly, add Parmesan cheese. Stir in Parmesan cheese and whisk until it melts completely. Pour cooked and drained tortellini in a 8x11 casserole pan. Pour cream/cheese sauce over the tortellini and mix together. Shake bacon over the top of the dish. Let sit for 3-5 minutes and then serve.
