0.75 cup Milk, 1%1.0 cup Quaker Oats 100% Wole Grain Quaker Oats - Quick2.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh1.0 cup Blueberries, fresh1.0 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 tsp Salt0.75 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.25 cup, chopped Pecans
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray an 8 x8 baking dish with non stick sray, cut bananas into 1/2 inch slices and place in a single layer into baking pan. Sprinkle half of the blueberries on top of bananas as well as 1 tbsp of the maple syrup. Cover and bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile mix together oats, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder. In another bowl mix together milk, water, egg, vanilla, and remaining maple
syrup. Mix with dry ingredients.
When banana/blueberries are finished baking, take out of oven and pour oat mixture over. Sprinkle with remaining blueberries and chopped pecans.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes
