Beef and Liver Meatballs - HD11

Ingredients
0.25 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Salt 0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 oz Beef liver 4 tbsp Wine, Marsala Cooking Wine 168 gram(s) Shiitake Mushrooms, Raw 3 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon 8 oz Ground Beef - Grassfed 100% 4 tbsp Butter, salted 4 tsp Bacon grease
Directions
Grind beef and liver together and form into meatballs, your choice of size. Cook bacon, reserving fat in pan. Remove cooked bacon and sautee mushrooms and onions in bacon fat with t 1tbsp butter. Remove mixture from pan and add remaining 2 tbsp butter. Cook meatballs in butter, about 2 minutes per side - do not overcook. Remove meatballs to serving platter and top with mushrooms, onions and bacon (diced). Add marsala wine to hot pan and reduce to a sauce consistency, then pour over liver dish.
