Chicken Fajita Bowl

Ingredients
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 1/2 cup canned Black Beans1/2 cup Publix SteamInBag Brown Rice 1/4 large Bell Pepper, any color, cut into strips1/4 Vidalia Onion, sliced thin 1 clove Garlic, cut into thin strips1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Cumin 1 pinch Salt 1 pinch Pepper, black 1 tbsp Salsa Verde1 tbsp Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
Directions
Spray a skillet with cooking spray and set the heat to med-high. Cut the chicken into strips and season it with all the spices. Saute the chicken, pepper, onions and garlic until cooked through, about five minutes. Layer the rice, black beans, vegetables and chicken in a bowl. Top with salsa and yogurt. Also good served with a wedge of lime for squeezing on the chicken.
