Ingredients
4.0 cup, chopped Kale4.0 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh4.0 cup Asparagus, fresh20.0 unit 2 large or 5 small Scallops, raw0.5 cup Butter, salted2.0 fl oz Lemon JuiceTaragon to taste
Directions
Sautee all the veggatables in 1/2 of the butter add the lemon juice and set aside in another pan sear the scallops with the remaining butter combine at the end
