1.50 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon 1 cup Asparagus, fresh 2 clove Garlic 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 fl oz White Wine 3 serving Arborio Rice 1/2 cup Risotto rice (by CATHIES)
melt butter in pan. Add Onion chopped fine and garlic pressed. Cook until translucent. Add rice and cook until butter mostly absorbed. Add wine. stir until it is mostly absorbed. Then add one cup of broth at a time, making sure the broth is absorbed before adding next cup. Add steamed Asparagus when last cup is half absorbed. Add cheese before serving.
