8 oz Cream Cheese 1.05 stick Butter, salted 0.5 cup Coconut Oil 16 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 0.25 cup, whole or halves Macadamia Nuts 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 6 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia
Directions
Let cream cheese and butter come to room temp. Mix all ingredients together. Let set up in fridge. Use a Tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop into balls. Store in freezer.
