Sweet Potato & Black Bean Burrito Pattie

3 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 460 grams Beans, black 50 grams Walnuts 2 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp mixed herbs (dried) (by TABSNPICKLES)
Roast sweet potatoes until sort.
Mix half of black beans with walnuts in food processor and blend until smooth.
When roasted potatoes cold add black bean and walnut paste, onion & garlic powder, dried herbs, salt & pepper, remaining black beans and paprika & cayenne. And mix well.
Put baking paper on baking tray and shape mix into 8 tortilla sort of shaped patties, leave on baking tray for 2 hours in fridge to chill.
Bake in oven at gas mark 6 for 50 minutes.
Use in tortilla now or freeze some for another time.
