Glazed Mint Brownies

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate1/2 c. butter2 eggs1 c. sugar1/2 c. all-purpose flour***Filling***3 tbsp. butter, softened1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar2 tbsp. milk3/4 tsp. peppermint extract3 drops green food coloring, optional***Glaze***1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips2 tbsp. butter
1. In a heavy saucepan or microwave, melt chocolate and butter. Cool Slightly. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and flour. Stir in chocolate mixture.
2. Pour into greased 9" square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine filling ingredients. Beat until creamy. Spread over brownies.
4. For glaze: melt chocolate chips and butter. Stir until smooth. Spread over filling.
