Quest Protein Everything Bagel

Ingredients
100 grams Quest Multipurpose Mix 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup14 grams Coconut flour 13 grams Flaxseed meal 5 grams Psyllium husk Powder 1 tsp Baking Powder1 dash Salt 12 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 30 mL Water, tap 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 oz Yogurt, Plain, Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat2 tsp Trader Joe everything but the bagel sesame
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F
Mix all dry ingredients together, minus the everything seasoning topping.
Put in the egg, egg whites, water, and Greek Yogurt.
Spoon batter into a ziplock bag, and cut off the corner.
Spray the silicone donut/bagel pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Pipe batter into pan.
Spray top of bagels with more non-stick spray.
Sprinkle tops of bagels with Everything bagel topping.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, just until firm.
Enjoy! Store extras in the refrigerator.
