Ingredients
1 cup Organic Black Bean Spaghetti (Broken into 1/4 in. pieces) 2 cups Jasmine Rice 1 stick of butter or ( 1/2 cup coconut oil) 1/2 cup chopped Red Peppers 1 cup, chopped Onions 1/4 cup of chopped, fresh Cilantro 2 1/4 cup Chicken broth or (Beef, vegetable, turkey)
Directions
Melt your butter or oil in a large, deep skillet. Add the balck bean spaghetti peices and rice; cook 3 mins to brown. Add Onion, Red Pepper, Cilantro; Cook until onions and peppers are soft. Add Broth and cook until it boils. Turn the heat down low and simmer 15 minutes. When finished, Stir and serve.

Serving Size: 10 -12 people (Cut the ingredients in half for 4 - 6 people.)
