Crockpot Steel Cut Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats * 1 can pumpkin, 15 oz * 4. 1/2 cup Milk * 1 tbsp Cinnamon * 1 tsp Nutmeg * 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey * 2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
Mix ingredients in crockpot prepared with coconut oil. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir occasionally if possible, otherwise the edges may cook more than the center. If this happens just stir them into the rest at the end. Serving Size: 1 cup
