Ingredients
12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Spinach, frozen 1 oz Cheddar Cheese .3 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Directions
Beat eggs and add other ingredients. Cook in a non stick skillet on stove top until edges begin to pull away. Finish cooking in a 400° oven for about 15 minutes, until set and fluffy.
