1 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) .25 cup, chopped Kale .5 cup Spinach, fresh 8 raspberries Raspberries .25 cup Blackberries, fresh 2 medium Mushrooms, fresh 40 gram(s) California Cuties Tangerines (2 clementines) 1 large Hard Boiled Egg 5 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 2 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
rinse lettuce, vegetable and wipe of mushroom wash and dry berries, chop chicken, egg and all fruit and vegetables, Toss. Mix EVOO and Balsamic vinegar and add, toss lightly
