June Veggie Soup

Ingredients
4 c. chopped carrots6 c. chopped celery 1 large onion, diced2 med. potato, diced3 Roma tomatoes, diced 1 cup Lentils1 bunch broccoli, chopped 2 c. peas, frozen6 c. waterseason to taste
Directions
add chopped carrots, peas, onion, potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes to water and vegetable stock in crock pot and cook on high heat for 3 hours or until vegetables are done. Add peas and lentils, and cook one more hour.
