Cheesy Chicken Broccoli and Rice

1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen 1/4 Cup Celery, diced1 Cup Onions, diced1 Cup Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded1 Can, Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed) 3/4 Cup Milk, 2%1 Cup Minute Rice, uncooked 2 Chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
Saute Celery and onion in a bit of butter if desired. Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Fry over hot heat to brown sides, do not overcook.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 3 quart casserole with a lid, or cover with foil.
Bake, covered, at 350F for 45 minutes. Sprinkle additional cheese on top.
Serving Size: Makes about 4 1 1/2 cup servings
