keto crusty sandwich bread

Ingredients
8 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 12 tbsp Barney Butter - All Natural Smooth Almond Butter .25 cup Olive Oil .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tbsp Great Lakes unflavored Beef Gelatin (1 serv = 1 tbsp or 1/4 oz or 7 g)
Directions
heat to 350*
small bowl stir psyllium, powder. salt
stand mixer put almond butter, eggs,oil w/ flat beater combine
put water in saucepan and sprinkle gelatin on top. do not stir. let sit for 5 mins. turn burner to mrdium and whisk until gelatin has dissolved like goo. stir until smooth add to almond butter mix and mix together by hand until smooth.
incorporate dry ingredients into wet mix.
put into parchment lined small loaf pan.

bake 1 hour.
