Fluffy Vanilla Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 130 gram(s) Robin Hood Cake & Pastry Flour 2 tbsp Torani Vanilla Syrup .75 tbsp Distilled White Vinegar (by FIBU69)
Directions
Combine dry.
Mix .75 tbsp vinegar to 3/4c milk and set aside for 10min.
Add in remaining wet to milk mixture and stir well.
Combine with dry ingredients.
Heat griddle to 300-350 degrees and using a 1/3c measuring cup, portion out the pancakes on the griddle.
Makes approximately 6-7 fluffy pancakes.
