Southwest Turkey-Corn Chili

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes1 can (15 ounces) whole-kernel corn1 can (15 ounces) black beans1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon cumin1 teaspoon oregano2 teaspoons garlic powder1/2 teaspoon red pepper (cayenne)1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Brown turkey in large pot. Drain well. Add the tomatoes, corn, black beans, paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder and red pepper. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add cilantro; simmer 5 to 10 minutes longer. Serve with fat-free sour cream and crackers, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
