Chicken & Zucchini Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients
16 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2.5 oz Cream Cheese 1 clove Garlic 3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 2 cup Zucchini - Steamed or raw 4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
Set oven to 450 degrees.
Brine and rub/season chicken breasts.
Bake chicken for 18 minutes.
Cut into strips or cubes.

Cut zucchini into strips using a vegetable peeler and saute for 3 minutes using EVOO.
Add water and boil until "noodles" are soft.

In a separate pan melt butter and saute onions and garlic.
Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, and cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Combine chicken, "noodles", and sauce.
