Banana Raisin Bread

Ingredients
1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 cup Honey 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh) 0.5 cup Apple Sauce unsweetened, used instead of oil 2 oz Milk, Blue Diamond Unsweetened ALMOND, 1c, 240ml 40 gram Fruit, SunMaid Raisins, 1/4c, 40g
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees & grease a 9.5" loaf pan.

2. In large bowl, whisk the apple sauce & honey together. Add eggs & vanilla, mix well. Add mashed banana's & milk & mix all together.

3. In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, & cinnamon together.

4. Add the dry ingredients (#3) intermittently into the wet ingredients & mix together just until combined. Some lumps are ok.

5. Pour into greased loaf pan & bake for 50-55 minutes.
