Gluten Free Lower Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter or Crunchy 1 Cup Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Heat oven to 325 Combine all ingrediants using a mixer or by hand. Shape into 1 inch balls or us small cookie scoop. Place on cookie sheet and smash down with a fork or your finger. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes, until slightly browned.
