Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi Chicken

Ingredients
1 - 5oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (could use a smaller or larger one depending)6 T Heinz Ketchup2 T Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce10 oz Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi (or other cola of your choice)
Directions
Put all ingredients in small saucepan and simmer over low heat for approximately one hour, adding a little extra soda (3 oz or so) to cover the chicken about half way through (30 minutes). Ingredients will reduce down and form a thicker sauce after about 1 hour. Chicken should be tender and ready to eat at this point.

You could probably cut calories a little more on this one by reducing the size of the chicken breast or not using all the excess sauce in the pan.
