16 oz Chicken Tenders, fresh raw, chicken breast (4oz=2 pieces=1serving (by HERBLADYANN) 6 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz) 10 tbsp Buffalo Wing - Frank's Red Hot Wings Sauce (serving size 1 tbsp / 15 ml) (by MIKEGINA) 4 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
Directions
1. dip chicken in egg
2. dip in crushed pork rinds
3. fry lightly in light olive oil
4. dip fried chicken pieces in mixture of butter and wing sauce
