1.25 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 12 tbsp Bell Plantation Chocoloate PB2 1.5 tbsp Light Corn Syrup (or honey).75 cup Water1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Combine Chocolate PB2, light corn syrup, and water in a mixing bowl. Stir together, until mixture is smooth and has no clumps.
Add oats (and chocolate chips, if using). Mix well until oats are evenly coated in the PB2 mixture.
Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and press into 1 TBSP sized balls.
Serving Size: Makes 15 energy bites (approx 1TBSP each)
